I always stay at this hotel. It's great. The staff is so nice, and they even returned the shower bag I left behind. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, restaurant, gym, pool, and more. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

truly enjoyed the room in good condition, my bed was good. the room had cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and a microwave plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. the atmosphere created was quiet. location: the hotel was near a mall and the airport, a lotte mega mart and charming "old saigon " neighborhoods and ho chi minh city. found suon cay near the venue where i had supper.

our recent stay in ho chi minh city exceeded expectations at cherry hotel and apartment. the convenient location near the airport, shops, and restaurants was ideal for our 24hr layover. the clean and well-equipped room with a full fridge, kitchen, and smart tv made our short stay comfortable.

Housekeeping policy needs improvement. daily water refill and bed sheet changes should be automatic, rather than requiring guests to request them at the reception.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and quiet with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. The hotel had good parking facilities and equipped kitchen with a working table. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also close to the airport and had good transportation options.

the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was. Secondly, the location in district 1 was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and close to shops, a mall, and restaurants. The room was big and spacious, perfect for our short stay. The staff, especially the young lady at the reception and the maintenance guy, were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained.

The hotel was located in a convenient location, easy to get to from the airport and close to popular attractions. We also enjoyed the fast elevators that made getting around the hotel easy.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The room design was bad, and we had trouble watching TV from the bed.

Some rooms even have a balcony, which was a lovely addition. It was a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee and take in the city view. The bathroom was nice too, with a rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries. It made me feel pampered and refreshed. The flat-screen TV in the seating area was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the hydromassage showerhead in the bathroom. It felt a bit too intense for my liking.

Our group of friends had a great stay at this hotel/apartment. The location was convenient for both the airport and downtown, with plenty of transportation available. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds and good showers. We enjoyed using the gym and pool, and found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

There was some noise from renovation work and the soundproofing could have been better in the rooms.
